Features

We repair and manufacture electrical resistances on ceramic (Pipe heaters) to your specs. They are mostly used to heat liquids, the air or ground. They are also present as a resistance on barrels in a storage heater.

Oftentimes they have the advantage of being inserted in a tube, avoiding direct contact with a liquid. A clever alternative to immersion heaters if limescale build-up or other debris cause breakage of your immersion heaters. Furthermore, no need to empty the tank to replace your immersion elements.

Tubes can be combined to achieve the desired power. Pipe heaters are also less expensive.

Features:

  • Coil works by convection in the air and/or by radiation and can reach temperatures up to 8000C in very specific conditions.
  • Standard diameters 1.25”, 1.80”, 2.50”, 3.10” (other diameters available)
  • Voltage: 120V to 600V single-phase or three-phase
  • Kanthal A-1 or Nickel-chrome 60/15, 80/20 or spiral resistance
