Features

The HTSL high temperature are ceramic infrared heaters, which are designed for operating temperature up to 860⁰ C and surface ratings up to 64 kW/m².

HTSL series have an integrated thermal insulation inside the heater as well as a high socket. They are designed for use in the BST construction panel, which has an additional insulation layer.

The high socket of the heater enables the required distance to place a thermal insulation layer between the heater’s back and the mounting sheet.

Compared with IR systems without thermal insulation, HTSL heaters used with construction panels BST have a considerably reduced heating-up time and they enable energy savings of up to 30% depending on the type of application.

Furthermore, there is a significant reduction of the thermal charge in the wiring space.
